MECHANICAL HEAT ALARM

Most homes have smoke alarms that utilize ionization technology to detect the presence of fire. Tests continually show that ionization technology is very slow to detect a smoldering type of fire and often will not alarm at all, in time for safe escape. INTERCONNECTED TRUWATCH CO ALARM

- The electrochemical sensors use two matched platinum electrodes and sulfuric acid combination to promote a reaction between CO and the oxygen which result in peak performance

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
TruWatch offers high-quality fire extinguishers in 2.5 and 5 pound sizes for easy handling. All of TruWatch’s aluminum valves, levers and internal components are anodized beyond the salt spray requirements of Underwriter’s Laboratories. Brass valve bodies are chrome plated with stainless steel handles and levers. All valves are precision manufactured to comply with ISO 9001 requirements. Portable fire extinguisher valves (except 2.5 lb.units, which have wall brackets) have hook-eyes with wall hooks to assure secure mounting. Portable valves are easily adapted to use vehicle or marine mounting brackets as may be required.
Valves are equipped with stainless steel pull pins, rivets and UL component recognized seal ties, O-rings and gauges (as required).
